How to Enrol in a Course
Enrolments will only be accepted upon
receipt of the following:
-
Payment;
-
a completed Marine Training Services
Enrolment Form; and,
-
a completed Numeracy & Literacy
Assessment.
The completed Enrolment Form, Numeracy &
Literacy Assessment and Payment can be sent to:

When completing the enrolment form please
sign in both places indicated.
A Numeracy & Literacy Assessment needs to be
completed as part of our literacy requirements.
Upon receipt of Payment and completed
Enrolment Form and Numeracy & Literacy Assessment, you will be enrolled and
receive your course materials and details.
How
to Pay for a Course
Payment can be made by Cheque, Money Order,
Cash or Direct Credit. Direct Credit can be made to the following:

When
making a Direct Credit payment, please request that the Bank include your
name with your payment details. You will also need to send us written
confirmation of the payment detailing amount and date it was made on.
Enrolment will only be valid upon confirmation of payment.
The
Enrolment Form and Numeracy &
Literacy Assessment Form are in PDF format, and require Adobe Reader. If you
do not have this program you can either download it,
or contact us and we will
forward the forms to you by mail.
