Goy and Associates Pty Ltd) is based in Geelong, Victoria,
and offers
commercial training at various locations throughout Victoria for people looking for employment in the Marine
industry. Courses include
practical training onboard "Delphinus."

The Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Coastal
Maritime Operations - Master Class 5)
TDM30407 is a nationally
accredited certificate recognized in all States and Territories and
enables operation of a commercial vessel of less than 24 metres in
length to operate within the limits of Offshore Operations in Australian
Waters as defined by the USL Code. Marine Safety Victoria determines the

The
Certificate II in Transport and Distribution Coastal
Maritime Operations
(Coxswain) TDM20307 is a nationally accredited certificate recognized in all
States and Territories. The Certificate covers operation of a commercial
vessel of less than 12 metres in length and up to 250 KW’s, to limits
determined by Marine Safety Victoria. The Certificate of Course

Driving 3
The Certificate II in Transport and Distribution (Marine Engine Driving
- Grade 3) TDM20207
is a nationally accredited certificate recognized in all States and
Territories and enables operation of a commercial vessel of up to 250 kW
to Offshore limits (100 nm) and 500 kW to Inshore limits, as defined by
the USL Code. Marine Safety Victoria determines the limits imposed on a
