commercial training at various locations throughout Victoria for people looking for employment in the Marine
industry. Courses include
practical training onboard "Delphinus."

Master 5 The Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations - Master Class 5) TDM30407 is a nationally accredited certificate recognized in all States and Territories and enables operation of a commercial vessel of less than 24 metres in length to operate within the limits of Offshore Operations in Australian Waters as defined by the USL Code.
